Union Exec Colleague: About 40,000 words of exec chat and two major crises ago I suggested you ask HR if they’d done an equality impact assessment on some proposed course cuts. Did you ever get a proper response? Maybe we can raise a grievance about it. Have you ever done that before? I think there’s a form on the intranet
