@Myshkin@nicecrew.digital Mate, i'm sorry you're going through this. Working hard is important, especially for blokes but it can be all consuming. Take some time off and not to do shit around the house but to break up the pattern. Have a day or two of doing fuck all, or just walking. Go camping with the dogs or sit and read a big ass book you've put off for years. If you want to talk or just vent you let me know. I'm always happy to be an open ear for a good friend and I do count you in that category. We've traded emails before but I'm also on matrix.
