@nihilistic_capybara I can think i can understand your problem at least in parts (Because i don't think, that i could just understand it completely from an online coversation). Sometimes, i have similar problems.
I hope, that your human contacts are a better help for that!
And despite all of it, i'm sorry for having been rude before! I didn't knew your reasoning, so just asking would have been a better way to take for me.

@Papaexmatrikulatus no. Dude seriously nothing to apologize for. I know it sounds dumb but it is what it is. And yes my SO is usually who helps me with planning tasks and she is amazing. What a patient person I swear to god 🤣 I love that woman

@Papaexmatrikulatus but if you are curious about ADHD and you wanna understand Connor dewolfe is amazing at explaining it. I for sure am not eloquent enough to explain. I just end up with a lot of super odd solutions like having dedicated work shoes when I work at home rubber bands on my hot glue gun and soldering iron and last but not least: egg timers for absolutely everything.
