There wasn’t anything left of the people when titanic sub imploded, they were liquefied instantly. A better comparison would be the crew of Soyuz 11 who’s re-entry capsule depressurized while they were still above Kármán line. That would be more similar to what happens to these fish. It’s not as extreme since the pressure gradient between 1 bar and 0.00000001 bar is nowhere near as extreme as the difference between 60 bar and 1 bar. So the decompression related tissue damage isn’t as extreme. It would still be noticeable, you would be able to tell a person died from decompression.
