@GLaDTheresCake Firstly, I'm highly interested in the zine! Secondly, all that comes to mind is Joyful Militancy by carla bergman and Nick Montgomery. It's less about the nitty-gritty of organising, more about making a high-level, philosophical point about the importance of care and connection in radical movements.
