i am being _specifically_ long distance nerd sniped by some all-powerful trickster i upload my resume somewhere. (somewhere that ends in .dev, and as you all know, the entire .dev TLD is on the HSTS preload list.) chrome says it's insecure. not only that, chrome _specifically_ has an error message saying quote, "This PDF file is from a site using an insecure connection".
