Making your sub robotgirl/boy/creature etc. attempt to solve impossible to solve captchas (with "prove that you're not a robot to unlock" text) to unlock chastity device when they succeed. Could be substituted with "prove that you're a human to unlock" for other creatures of a wide variety... They will fail to solve these captchas, thus keeping them locked up in chastity but at the very same time it will affirm their non-personhood.
