The light blue thing your seeing that looks like the West Bank is the Dead Sea, so it seems like they are claiming all of the West Bank here. Excluding Gaza (by particularly demarcating its border) is interesting though. Seems like these Kahanists intend to keep their ghetto turned concentration camp.
