No, you can't add further restrictions on GPL
licenses, it's forbidden. On Gnuplot... it's
'free' but not GPL compatible.

Gnuplot it's just hackeable into itself.
You can add maybe MIT/BSD/ISC code into Gnuplot,
but not back.

@anthk @davemq You can read for example GPL-3.0 section 7. Same is true for the opensource definition of the OSI and Debian. Anyway no to further discuss this topic you seem to be set on your opinion.
