ANZ would like me to 'reverify' my personal details for an account that I've held for 22 years. Just in case they're wrong, y'know?
They'd like me to upload my drivers licence and/or passport and/or so on.
1. I don't think I'll bother.
2. I genuinely think this should be illegal. I worked in this industry. I know how good we are at keeping this data secure.
Adorably, their service is called – I'm not making this up – 'TrustMe'.
