Drums! I make grilled chicken drumsticks all the time. It’s just a couple of hours over indirect heat (charcoal of course), and some sauce in the last 30 minutes or so. Nearly effortless. I threw a couple of turkey drums in the mix last night, and they were a treat. I had one with my salad today for lunch. https://uncorrected.net/drums/
