@penguin42@mastodon.org.uk @regehr@mastodon.social i did a teardown of a Shahed CRPA (4-channel) and it is a very dense, seemingly custom PCBA with a pretty basic firmware/bitstream. also of the navigation controller (IMU+GNSS) that received the signal from it. those are custom parts with a mix of very different design houses

@penguin42@mastodon.org.uk fascinating! I'd be super interested to know what's on that FPGA when I used to teach an embedded software class, the first assignment was to find some random device and do a teardown like this, the results were always fun and interesting
