Trump "banned antifa" in 2020, back in his first term. It means nothing in itself except as a reminder that fascist governments continually threaten to exterminate their foes, and do so to the exact extent that people do not communally resist them doing so.

I looked up the "ACAB gang" charges, which seemed similar.
