no idea about the latter two, but I'd add the Trackmania series to the list.
(everything before the Forever games uses hideous StarForce DRM, but unlike SuperTuxKart it ships a level editor)

@moses_izumi this is bionic commando rearmed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HsVApPQcjA it's a remake of an earlier release by the same name, on the Famicom / Nintendo Entertainment System. one of the best games ever made in my opinion. both the original and the remake. in it, you play as a soldier fighting a bunch of neo-nazis who want to revive adolf hitler. you literally get to shoot hitler's face with a rocket launcher and see it explode, at the end of the game. best game ever.
