@moses_izumi that surprises me, that wine isn't available for openbsd. makes sense though, because you can't run 32-bit programs on 64-bit openbsd. w^x probably screws a few things up too (who knows what the hell a random windows program does). obsd kernel does some crazy things too... probably a pointless effort. even lots of 64-bit windows programs still have 32-bit components. why would you want to run windows software on openbsd anyway? just use linux/freebsd for that. openbsd is pure.
