@BatElite @Mandrake small offense tbh. There's a character who was named "Spoiled Milk" upon birth and then became "Spoiled Rich" after marriage. There doesn't seem to be literally any regulation regarding names and name changes in equestria, no surnames passed on by standard or anything (The Pie family seems to name everyone "[Word] Pie" but that's really it. The apples and pears seem to just have themes, and so do families like Twilight Sparkle's), so both names were conscious choices. Two ponies looked at their newborn and went "Yeah, that's spoiled milk alright".
