Building a shed, and not only are the instructions rather terrible, and the website is largely useless (yes, show me some Youtube short where they montage through the build - that's flippin' useful)... a larger search finds a completely *different* instruction manual for the same model number. So now I'm trying to figure out if they mix-and-matched on me.

By mix-and-match, I mean we've already hit places last night where we had to use different screws, because the instructions do not work with the physical product.
