Just made my first batch of Ragu alla Bolognese with 600g of minced pork and 600g of minced steak. Got the seal of approval from the wife (who's from Tuscany and soon to be my ex-wife, but that's another story) and we've got another 12 portions. Yum. About €28 all in, so €2 per big portion.
