Treason and bribery are the two explicit causes of impeachment listed in the Constitution. There are hundreds to choose from, but only take one, show the proof, make it clear and plain. Force a vote and when you lose, take one more instance of bribery and do it again. There are plenty, you can absolutely do this for three years solid with no problem.
