Read an article in the 90s by a doctor proposing a name for a new disease (I forget). It revolved around the problems we have from sitting on our ass all the time. It’s so bad my doc gets excited when I answer “a few” to “How many time do you get our heart rate up in a week?”

my physiotherapist gave me such a look of disappointment when I told her what my work hours are like after describing my totally unrelated issues to her then my boss wonders why I don’t want to work as much anymore. maybe the fact that it’s physically painful has something to do with it…
