@BenjaminHan which race you doing? That looks like the lower SVT - you looking at a Blerch race? Agree with other comments - you don't need much on the "lugs" for this. I ran the Tunnel marathons (Hyak down to North Bend) twice in the area in super "road" shoes like Nike Vaporfly's, and it worked fine. I normally run everywhere on my trail shoes these days though (Saucony Peregrine 14's) - everywhere except pavement. I'd go with whatever feels best, frankly!
