It's September 1990 (not 1995, whoops), and The Bill would have us believe that this is the quality of a petrol station's CCTV camera. To be fair, I don't know what the quality of CCTV was back then. I would have been 2 (not 7, whoops) when this aired. Was I even watching TV when I was 7? Outside of cartoons, obviously. What else was broadcast in the mid 90s? No, stop, don't be falling down more rabbit holes, you've got thousands of episodes of The Bill to watch.
