@jbrains yeah. You can ship 5 times a day and nevertheless run iterations for planning, feedback and|or retrospective. You might omit iterations at all and just meet once a week to have some cake together. "Agile" as a wrap up for "invent some ways for organisational learning, maybe do it in cycles" has been in change management for longer than the term agile has been coined. Yeah, things are changing. But not because of the shipping issue.
