As a guy, I know very little about fashion. But I am failing to understand the Met Gala. So, is the POINT of this event to wear the most unusual, outrageous and ridiculous outfit you can dream up? I get it, you want to serve your ego, make people swoon, but dressing up like a Star Wars houseplant or the love child of Lady Gaga and the Michelin Man just seems silly.
