I'm migrating to Zen - which is based on FF, but without the AI and other crap - for real this time.
and fave FF extensions work:
- cookie auto delete
- firefox containers
- privacy badger
- ublock origin

@maya_b @fasterandworse Zen is nice, but it's so different, I find it hard to really use it. Not actually hard. Just hard for me to use something my muscles don't have a memory for. I keep it installed and play with it every so often though. Seems like an extension would be the ideal place to put AI. Make it mozilla developed, so it's a known quantity. People that want it can get the extension. Everyone else gets a clean browser.
