@arclight It does cross my mind that one reason to have an off-site backup -- or just air-gapped? -- is that a broken process can't reach it.

@foolishowl @arclight If you're allowed to set one up. The number of places that say "You can't back this up off-site, even encrypted, because then it's out of custody!" is long. I ran into this at a few large orgs and it was a total clusterfuck. Managing incremental backups on external hard drives is a nightmare.
