@steevmi1 @arclight And trying to hammer practice into something designed, documented, and tested means not getting finished by end of sprint and getting put on a PIP.
Keeping a system running and healthy is not an agile development process that can be broken into discreet week long blocks. It's an ongoing, careful process.

@drwho @arclight There's a general mindset that once something is "done" it's in production and suddenly into some sort of protective shell where it doesn't ever need to be touched.
