That is very nice. Zooming out on what SX is when applied at higher scale and at wicked problem level: A universal emergent evolutionary solution development methodology to deliver solutions that are designed for having positive societal impact.
During the solution delivery supply chain emergent potential of the solution pends up by the collaborative efforts of its participants and other stakeholders, and this is called the 'expected societal imprint' that its introduction into society is likely to have, which should lead to that impact.
