While I knew it was Larry King's (very distinctive) voice cameoing in Ghostbusters, I wasn't aware that that was his first-- but definitely not last-- cameo in film and TV. He went on to do a lot more cameos. Some people just have a very distinctive voice. I'd recognize Larry King (and a number of other TV/radio hosts) instantly.
