For me:
I genuinely like a lot of the art.
It's an interesting, personal collection, and a sort of time capsule as well.
The courtyard is a nice oasis in winter.
Also, for out-of-town folks who haven't heard it a million times and are all jaded, the heist story / mystery is fun.

@knizer And I'm pretty sure I'm not alone on this. That doesn't mean you need to change your own opinion or anything — it's subjective after all! — but I kind of feel like an "awesome list" should be curated but not overly-personal in opinion. Otherwise it's just a personal recommendation list.

@mattdm Thanks! I appreciate your sharing of this perspective. I'll percolate some, the page is overdue for updates, I wrote it ~2 years ago but haven't done updates there since.
