Today I released the alpha1 version of my Drupal Mastodon API module. This module lets you post to your Mastodon instance directly from your Drupal site (including images). There's support for adding multiple accounts as well, in case you have lots of Mastodon accounts. There's also a sub module where you can add a template for posting from content.
