Realised that next week I probably have a chance to run only once or twice. So decided to do slow run to my parents and back today. Took a longer 10 km route there mostly on dirt paths and then a shorter 8 km route back on asphalt. Listened nothing on my iPods other than announcements on pace every km. A friend said later he passed by from where I was heading to on his bike but I saw nothing 😅 Also didn’t stop for photos so the ones attached are from Friday when we went strolling to Koiteli rapids. ☀️ 6°C quite windy at times. 18 km total consisting of 10.04 km, 1 hr 12 min average pace 7’09”/km and 8.04 km, 56 min, average pace 7’00”/km. #running
