@grepe I'll happily accept the critique that this is the weakest of the factors I list... I do think, though, that there is a special magic to a single person wrestling with a choice, making a decision, then living the consequences. Even with the best documentation in the world, it's really hard otherwise to understand the full context of a decision made when you weren't there. And so often there are execution details that nobody ever guessed might be relevant.
