Tonight's AD&D game was some serious business. A battle was fought at a Chaos Anchor, featuring a necromancer, a pit fiend and a wraith. For only the second time in my various games in this 16 year campaign did a player get level drained - they failed their save vs death and went from a Druid 4 to a Druid 2. The party ended up killing the necromancer but fleeing the field of battle - the hero fighter with the only magic weapon was almost dead! #ADnD #TTRPG #OldSchool
