Play RPGs? Either find someone who is willing to run a vampire hunting game, or run a game of vampires being hunted, so you can mow down the adventuring party, becoming the monster yourself.

Play the Curse of Strahd D&D campaign. Strahd is such a great villain and very Dracula-esque. Though to be fair, victory is all but guaranteed...

Literature vampires are a metaphor for landlords. It couldn't be more obvious in Dracula. Not just because he's a lord who owns land. The protagonist is a solicitor and Dracula's whole evil plan is to buy various properties in England. Multiple chapters are about him learning English laws and customs around buying and holding land and houses.
