One more thing I forgot to say. Depending on the price of copper these cost about $12-$15 to make. I've given away about 20 over the last few years by just leaving them at a local free-clothes station that someone put up. I've never seen anyone using one in the wild, but I know they're out there somewhere, and they're practically indestructible. Also, if the price of copper is an obstacle it's also possible to make them with steel electrical conduit, which is just as functional but not as pretty in my opinion.
