‘beaner’ is literally a racial slur that I instantly recognized as sounding exactly like what you wrote. Doesn’t matter if you’ve heard of it.
I’m not sure why you’re here trying to scold me for this. I explained what you meant and expressed understanding of it.

You get it – the person above you did not. Apologies if it sounded targeted to you. I was trying to add on to the conversation for the benefit of anyone reading it. Intent doesn’t matter – impact does. I still have never heard of “beaner” outside of the climbing context but it doesn’t matter – it is recognizable to others and that is enough. Again, I know you get it. But not everyone does, and I’m trying to give an example of the time I learned this. A lot of people have never heard of ricer outside of the car/Linux context.
