Extra will now run its global rules on a new category of sites! This will improve coverage for common issues.

Other updates: The number of open reports is now < 450! It might never reach 0, but the lower it is, the better I can choose what to work on next. And Filtr is good to go whenever the 26.5 OSes ship! 🤞
