I will now be angry at the DWP letter calling for a video assessment which (a) gives the wrong browser requirements (it says Firefox is OK, and it is not) and (b) gives the wrong instructions for how to test that you do have a setup which can be used. And then (c) the setup test fails to correctly test microphone setup (I know, because I screwed up the laptop mic with a skin and yet it said it was fine) It's almost as if they want people to fail out.
