Go to the Search box on the left of your screen and type a hashtag, such as #introduction, you'll see Mastodon gives you a selection of matching terms. Click on the one you want.

Clicking on a result shows it in a column over on the right of your screen. You've now got a column dedicated to your favourite subject, but if you log out and come back later it will have gone. Let's fix that!
