Anton Bruckner in music to me is like Stefan George in poetry: if anyone else were to do what they do, the boundary to kitsch and clicheed sentimentality would be breached. But these masters do the undoable and, miraculously, in their hands it becomes art.

@the_roamer Bruckner is also the only composer I know of who has used a triple-dotted note.
