@feijoa I did a CBT course a few years ago. I thought it was very interesting but of no help at all because it was too "theoretical". I said the course seemed like it was aimed at students of mental health rather than the people who actually had problems. Sounds like that was actually just the way my brain chose to interpret it. Which made total sense as I couldn't stop thinking about this Terry Prattchett book thoughout the whole course.
