A super cool corollary of my previous thread on SSH agent forwarding, is that I can use it to sudo without a password (but securely) on my remote servers: https://linux.die.net/man/8/pam_ssh_agent_auth https://lorier.net/docs/ssh-agent-sudo.html Prior to that, I used to set password-less (yeah, I know) sudo in order to run periodical maintenance scripts, such as backups.
