@MichaelTBacon the raids actually piss me off since a post had to be posted in a support group for adoptees from Russia. The post explained what to do and provided a site for free legal council since some adoptees are citizens, but never got the papers (there is a law that took effect in 2001). So this is good he is getting frustrated.
