@twifkak Funny, that's where I came to this thought from! For me, it suggests that activity without supporting culture change is likely to be exhausting and ultimately unsuccessful. Definitely keep hands on high-leverage points, but I think it's also important to nurture the ecosystem of work at different levels. Ultimately we'll need a wider range of activities and themes that promote cultures of quality and responsibility.
