@elizayer Oh gosh, yes, absolutely agreed. The industry’s long chased automated, repeatable solutions and frameworks — LLMs are just the latest salvo.

    @beep Imagine if we all got really good at distinguishing frameworkable activities from dynamic activities. Automated and repeatable for the things that should be (e.g. dev pipelines) and organic and care-infused for the things that are complex and touch human lives. Imagine!

    @beep @elizayer What do you see as wrong with automated repeatable solutions? From my perspective (as someone who has been operationally focused his entire career), automated repeatable solutions are the cornerstone of a stable system. Also, it's much more satisfying to build a tool that gets it right every time rather than manually update a field and click a button (potentially making errors) a thousand times. One of my biggest issues with LLMs is the non-determinism. I want repeatable.
