Spray painted the HeroQuest tiles with a black undercoat today. Immediately happy with the results. It's much darker than these pics suggest. The matt coat really takes the shine off the black PLA - which I still appreciate as that hides a lot of sins. It is very helpful on such a large set, where there is a lot to do, detail to avoid obscuring as well as print artifacts to minimise and recesses to avoid clogging up.
