The object at the lower-right is a mug, mostly full -- possibly coffee or tea with milk, or cocoa.
The background for the framed photo and the mug looks to me more like a cutting mat.

@kelkyag You are two for two. Looking again that is definitely a mug of something, and I have no idea what a 'cutting mat' might be, which made it hard for me to identify. Thanks!
