Today in Home Assistant fuckery, a recent update to ESPHome broke one of my Cheap Yellow Displays - it was just showing a white screen, subsequent updates didn't fix it. Decided to sit down and figure out the issue, updated ESPHome and the firmware again before checking the logs... hmm, everything seems good, better check if the screen is actually still blank... Son of a bitch.
