Companies “why does disrespectfully Gen Z quit without giving a two weeks notice?” At will employment cuts both ways and I’m currently fighting with my former employer for my last paycheck since I did offer a two weeks notice and speant that time writing extensive documentation and teaching my coworkers. Which they are refusing to pay me for do to “financial issues” if you don’t have $1500 to pay me I don’t know how you are functioning.
